Participants	:	Alumni, former teachers, current teaching and non-teaching staff
Registration	:	You may scan the QR codes for either online registration ( or printing the filled registration form for submission via mail or in person

II) Cheque or cash (by using printable reservation form)

	1. Cheque	:	Send the crossed cheque payable to ‘The Incorporated Management Committee of Tak Oi Secondary School’ by post to ‘No. 8, Tsz Wan Shan Road, Kowloon, Tak Oi Secondary School’ with the hardcopy of the filled reservation form. Write your name, telephone no. and “55^thdinner” on the back of the cheque.
	2. Cash	:	Come in person with the hardcopy of the filled reservation form (Office Hours : Monday – Friday 09:00 to 17:00 and Sat 09:00 – 12:00; closed on public holidays)
