SDG World Record Breaking Activity 'Flow in Harmony'

All member states of the United Nations adopted 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015, aimed at eradicating poverty, reducing inequality, and establishing a more peaceful and prosperous society by 2030. The SDGs call for action from everyone to create a sustainable world. As leaders from around the globe strive to fulfil the commitments made for 2030, children everywhere are voicing their rights to survival, health, quality education, and a sustainable environment, working diligently to defend them.

In celebration of our school’s 55th anniversary, themed ‘Transformation for the Good of All’, and in alignment with SDG 3 to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all individuals, we hosted a world record-breaking activity ‘Flow in Harmony’, featuring Most Pairs Participated Two-person Tai Chi.

This time-honoured tradition not only promotes physical health and mindfulness but also serves as a wonderful opportunity for unity within our school community. All teachers and students engaged in this graceful form of exercise, while learning about the rich history of Chinese culture as well as fostering connections.

Through our unity and commitment to the common good, we successfully set the SDG World Record on 24 January 2025!

This campaign reinforces our belief that when we all contribute our best, we can achieve great things together!
