Tak Oi Secondary School is a Catholic school for girls. English is used as the medium of instruction except for the subjects: Chinese Language, Chinese History, Putonghua as well as Ethics and Religious Education.

Number of S1 Discretionary Places: 40

Admission of S1 Discretionary Places is based on an applicant's performance in areas as follows:

Interview Performance (Conducting in both English and Chinese)	35%
Extra-curricular Activities, Internal and External Awards Received and Service	15%

德愛中學是一所以英語為主要授課語言的天主教女子中學。除了中國語文、中國歷史、普通話以及宗教及倫理科外，所有學科均以英語授課。
