Application Procedure
Applicants should submit the following documents in person or by post to the Admission and Placement Team, Tak Oi Secondary School, 8 Tsz Wan Shan Road, Kowloon:

• The completed application form
• Photocopies of all academic and non-academic reports for the last three years
• Photocopies of any other supporting documents
• A photocopy of Hong Kong Identity Card

Eligibility

Only students with satisfactory academic performance and conduct (Grade B or above) will be considered.

Entrance Examination

Selected applicants will be notified by phone on or before 18^th December, 2026 to take the written entrance examination of three subjects: English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics. They are required to pay an entrance examination fee of HK$75 in cash on the examination day (fees are non‑refundable under any circumstances).  Shortlisted applicants will then be invited to attend an admission interview in English and Cantonese together with their parents.

Release of Results

Successful applicants will be notified the details via phone within one week from the interview.

收表時間：星期一至星期五:上午九時至下午四時半; 星期六: 上午九時至正午十二時

               （星期日及公眾假期除外）

申請程序
申請人需親身或以郵遞提交下列文件至九龍慈雲山道8號德愛中學入學及編班組：

• 填妥之申請表格
• 最近三年的學業及非學業成績表副本
• 其他證書或獎狀副本
• 香港身份證副本

取錄準則

只會考慮在校成績滿意、操行達B級 (良或乙等) 或以上的申請者。

入學考試

獲選的申請者會在2026年12月18日或之前，以電話通知參加學科入學考試 (中、英、數三科)，並需於考試當天以現金繳交入學考試費港幣七十五元正 (無論取錄與否，費用將不獲退還)。若申請者考試成績達到本校要求，則可與其家長參加英語及粵語入學面試。

申請結果

成功錄取者將於面試後一星期內接獲電話通知。
