We are thrilled to share the wonderful news of our talented students' success in the recent Hong Kong Science Fair held on 8th and 9th June. 3A students Isabelle Liu, Venus Ng, Candy Song, and Phoebe Wong showcased their creative innovation "WEconnect," which aims to solve communication problems faced by the hearing disability individuals and help others understand sign language with the uses of artificial intelligences technology. Their project earned them the second runner-up position in the junior secondary category of the competition, which featured over 500 entries. The prizes included HKD $5,000 in scholarships for each student winner, as well as HKD $50,000 school development fund.
The empathetic ideas and remarkable teamwork of Isabelle, Venus, Candy, and Phoebe helped their product stand out among the competition. They demonstrated their passion, dedication, and ability to think outside the box.
We congratulate Isabelle, Venus, Candy, and Phoebe on their exceptional achievements at the Hong Kong Science Fair. Their success is a testament to their hard work, creativity, and commitment to making a positive impact.
